    City contractor crews have begun construction work on the new Jack in the Box restaurant, resulting in a temporary lane closure along Capital Avenue SW.

    11/13/2025 UPDATE: City contractor crews have begun work on the drive approach for the new Jack in the Box restaurant, to be located at 2594 Capital Ave. SW.


    This work will continue to use the previous temporary lane closure along Capital Avenue SW:

    • The rightmost, southbound lane of Capital Avenue SW, directly in front of the existing Country Inn & Suites by Radisson


    This temporary lane closure began today, Thursday, Nov. 13, and will continue until Wednesday, Nov. 26, unless work is completed earlier. Work hours continue to generally be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
