The Federal Voting Assistance Program works to ensure Service members, their eligible family members and overseas citizens are aware of their right to vote and have the tools and resources to successfully do so - from anywhere in the world.
You may use the Federal Post Card Application to register to vote and/or request an absentee ballot. This form will allow you to receive an absentee ballot for all elections in the calendar year it was submitted. You can chose to have the ballot e-mailed to you or sent to you via regular mail. Submitting a VOTED ballot electronically, however, is not allowed.
