Other information: Engine 3, Engine 1, and Car 3 were dispatched to a commercial fire alarm at Post Cereal's Building No. 29 at approximately 6:30 p.m. When Engine 3 arrived on scene, Post employees confirmed that a small fire was present on the building's third floor.
Car 3 asked Fire Dispatch to tone all stations for additional resources. Engine 3 entered the building with tools and a high-rise pack to the third floor, and promptly dismantled the small cereal hopper, and extinguished the fire. Car 3 took command and Engine 1 assisted.
Due to the quick work of Engine 3, no other resources were needed and all companies were released from the scene.
