The Battle Creek Police Department Detective Bureau and Crime Lab are at the scene of a shooting tonight - just before 10 p.m. Aug. 31 - that resulted in the murder of a 31-year-old Battle Creek man.
The shooting happened in the first block of North Union Street, in the northeast part of the city.
