Mini parks are specialized facilities that serve a concentrated or limited population area, or that serve a specific function or age group. Examples of amenities found in mini parks include playground / tot lot equipment, benches, picnic tables, gazebos, ornamental landscape features, etc.
Size
Mini parks usually range in size from only 2500 square feet up to 1 acre and typically serve an area within a one quarter mile radius.
