Join us in our new Drop-In Youth Fitness program. Drop your child off and go enjoy your workout. Our instructor will teach the children fun ways of being active. The activities will help promote strength, cardio fitness and healthy living. Adults must have a Full Blast Fitness Center Membership to utilize this program.
