New to the fitness center at Full Blast! These unique fitness classes incorporate exercises that are fundamental to kid play such as pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting and jumping. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under close supervision. No two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and remain excited about being healthy and active! The workouts are scalable and can benefit both active and non-active youth. Workouts are tailored so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress!

*Session I Wednesdays September 16th - October 21st, 2015 from 6:30PM - 7:30PM OR Session I Saturdays September 19th - October 24th, 2015 from 10:30AM - 11:30AM
*Session II Wednesdays, November 4th - December 16th, 2015 from 6:30PM - 7:30PM OR Session II Saturdays, November 7th - December 19th, 2015 from 10:30AM - 11:30AM
*NO YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING BREAK!
*Registration fee is $50 per child.
