Join us for our first MOVE IT TO LOSE IT FITNESS CHALLENGE. This 10 week challenge is designed to help you reach your fitness goal before summer. The overall winner at the end of the 10 weeks will receive a FREE year membership along with MANY other prizes. By attending our fitness classes during the week, you will be able to enter your name into a drawing for the weekly prize. The more classes you attend the more chances you have to win!
Prizes will be awarded to overall first, second, & third place.
Fitness Center Instructor, Ashley H. will be on the floor to assist people on Wednesdays at 11:15am.
Fitness Center Instructor, Carrie N. will be on the floor to help assist people on Mondays at 1:00pm.
Challenge Kick-Off: March 29th from 11am-1pm. Each participant must attend the first weigh in, measurements, and weekly program details!
