The new spring baseball leagues feature unlimited rosters, free subsitution, bat all players, games start at 6:00 PM and end at 8:45 PM, one umpire per field, diamond rental, lights. Each age division is limited to four teams per age division. This league is to play scrimmage games and help prepare for regular season play, player development.
